For some people its about finding the reason why there is a problem in the first place, this can be because of the food intake or over work, lack of sleep or stress levels in there life’s or any reason, but it can be better to look at what is going on behind the problem to see the long team reason for it and not to just try to fix what you see on the day without never looking in more detail. Other times some things are just what they are and need to be healed in that way, the point is that something’s may need to be looked at in more detail.
